OHMYGOD
Just after one paper , i feel sick of mugging . LOL
I cant stop thinking bout the aftmath fun&freedom.

View them as a motivation, not distractions ok:)
Accounting was i swear a disappointment... under-performed definitely:(
a supposedly application expected kinda paper turned out soooo theory-based
What a contrary of the lecturer to encourage us to understand&dun memorise, then the exams all require memory work-- So thats what u meant by a higher stnd paper? RIGHT.
Im sooo proud of myself today anyway !

As i have mentioned earlier on fbook regarding my dried up ink cartridge
*Apparently the "technician" really isn magician*
My call was being directed&re-directed which alr angered me.
But i was really pissed when this woman on the line, supposingly with higher position suggested this "so called" solution :
" Hi miss lee , now what i can suggest to u is that u will go back to the store & return the faulty cartridge and we will collect back for testing to see what went wrong . In the meanwhile since u needed the ink to print your documents, I will suggest u purchase a new ink cartridge. After the results of the testing is out, we will contact you and then do a refund IF NECESSARY."
Sooo ... the "technician", is not magician , is just some crafty soul.
Too bad , it was simply too ridiculous that makes me doubt her IQ level& how she got into her position.
So immediately i replied " Im sorry mdm, i will definitely not purchase one more new cartridge because i have lost confidence in your company's products. And by the way , i'm disappointed to hear your reply at 6pm when this whole problem consultation started at 1230pm. "
And so awesome ok , immediately: " Oh, I am sorry that i wasnt informed of your problem earlier, U may go down to the shop for 1-1 exchange."

Thats all im learning currently -- customer value&building long term profitable rls.
